Abstract

The foot chapter is describing common foot presentations to primary care e.g. intoeing, metatarsus adductus, and flat foot, most of these cases are self limited conditions and need only observation, you will learn how to identify the conditions that need treatment or surgical correction, on the other hand you will see some other conditions always need careful history taking and further investigations e.g. Cavus foot due to the associated other conditions, finally ingrown nail management which is important to know that medical approach should be tried first before trying to remove the nail.
