Abstract

AL is a 50-year-old man who noted occasional mild sensations of pressure around his right eye that were more apparent when he bent over to pick up something. He lived alone and was not aware of the progressive prominence of his right eye until a friend who had not seen him for several years mentioned it. Examination found 8 mm of axial proptosis with normal visual acuity and full extraocular movements.
