Abstract
While most upper management would probably get pitch forks and torches and come after a program manager for such a blasphemous statement, the simple fact is that human nature is what it is: if there is no stimulus that drives us to change, organizations continue to conduct business as usual and ignore opportunities to grow, evolve, and change.
The worst thing that can happen to this organization is to receive another 100 % award fee.
Program Manager, circa 2000.
