A Comparative Review of Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting in Domestic and Abroad

Abstract

Based on the seven full-text electronic journals database, we took the articles about the corporate social responsibility reporting as the research object, and used content analysis to present an extensive literature review. The purpose of this paper is to have an accurately insight into research development of corporate social responsibility reporting both in domestic and abroad so as to facilitate further research. In doing so, we compared some parts of studies, including the year of publication, the subjects, the key words, the research and statistical analysis methods. Through the comparative analysis, we show that a number of important differences in the way domestic and foreign research, especially in the field of research subjects and methods, and we present the trend of future research in these two areas at last.
