Research on the Least Square Method in Project Management

Abstract

After experts’ evaluation of the projects in engineering management, we can get the weight of each index, and study on how to use the least squares to solute the theory and method of engineering project management. We take quality control, cost control, progress control, safety management and site management of construction engineering management requirements for the objective function, and the establish the optimal weight of the engineering management based on mathematical model, in order to avoid the waste of management and economic losses.
