Part of the book series: Analog Circuits and Signal Processing ((ACSP))

Abstract

This book has explored various design techniques with the purpose of enhancing the power and area efficiency of building blocks mainly to be used in MDAC-based ADCs. The developed techniques mostly rely on improving the circuits in the analog domain, while not using any type of digital or mixed-signal calibration. It was out of the scope of this book to propose any type of digital assistance schemes or algorithms, but rather develop novel techniques that improve the technology’s analog capabilities.
