Cricopharyngeal Myotomy and Operation for Pharyngoesophageal (Zenker’s) Diverticulum

Although various endoscopic techniques are available for correction of cricopharyngeal myotomy and associated Zenker’s diverticulum, the open approach described in this chapter remains a tried and true procedure. This chapter describes the technique of myotomy and correction of diverticulum.
