Abstract
Part V includes annotated entries for graduate programs that offer degrees in the fields of learning, design and technology or library and information science. In an effort to only list active organizations, I deleted all programs that had not updated their information since 2006. All readers are encouraged to contact the institutions that are not listed for investigation and possible inclusion in the 2012 edition.
