Abstract
This chapter discusses the epidemiology, patients who are at risk, mode of transmission, incubation time, pathophysiology, and the diagnosis and treatment of infectious anorectal disorders. These infectious disorders include Chlamydia and lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV), Gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes simplex, and venereal warts. In most, the most common mode of transmission is sexual activity.
