Abstract
The results of this chapter are, in most cases, isomorphic to analogous results in Chapter 5. Consequently, most proofs are omitted or presented in a highly abbreviated form. Modulo occasional changes in terminology the reader should be able to read the proofs in Chapter 5 as substitutes for the proofs omitted here.
In this chapter E denotes a vector space over a field of characteristic zero.
