Abstract

Sarrafian6 described four patterns of vascularity in the normal foot and leg, and several recent papers on the arterial supply of clubfeet have employed different methods to study arterial patterns of blood flow to the foot. The methods used have included arteriography,4,5,9 the ultrasonic Doppler,1,3,7,11 and pulse oximetry.10,11
