Abstract
A family of two genera of mostly scandent-epiphytic or epiphytic plants. Arthropteris is widely distributed mainly in the paleotropics, and Oleandra is pantropical. The spores are monolete, with a plain exospore of two layers. The cavate perispore forms the largest part of the sporoderm with pillars in the lower part and surface folds variously elaborated in cristae, echinae, or wings.
