Abstract
Dr. Franklin (Initial Discussant) — I would like to take a few minutes to tell you of some of the studies that have been done by Dr. Mendez in our laboratory which confirm and extend those of Dr. Mestecky. Figure 1 shows the separation on Sephadex G-200 in 1M HAc, 5M guanidine of a cyanogen bromide digest of a polymeric IgA λ myeloma protein. The separation is similar to the one Dr. Mestecky just showed you.
