Summary

Some indomethacin esters have been tested for immunosuppressive activity and compared with Bleomycin, Mitomycin C, Actinomycin D and Rifamycin SV. The most active substances were actinomycin and an indomethacin-methylen-benzoic ester (IMB-1). It has been seen that IgM response is the most affected when drugs are administered in a short period of time and previously to the antigen.
