Echocardiography in Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome

Abstract

Twenty-three patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome were studied by echocardiography to assess interventricular septal motion and to detect associated cardiac abnormalities. All patients underwent physical examination, scalar electrocardiogram, Frank system vectorcardiogram, phonocardiogram and chest x-ray; 6 had cardiac catheterization.
