Abstract

Twenty-nine patients underwent open-heart surgery for repair of sinus venosus atrial septal defects at age 1.8 to 16.4 yrs. (mean 8.2 yrs.). These have been reassessed by echocardiography from 0.7 to 14.1 yrs. (mean interval of 7.2 yrs.) since surgery.
