Abstract
Bromopride (1) / -- N-(diethylaminoethyl)-2-methoxy-4-amino-5-bromo-benzamide -/ (I) is an antiemetic drug active not only on the central nervous system but also on peripheral nerve endings; therefore, it is useful to normaliza gastrointestinal reactivity.
