Abstract

We will assume we have available 5 candidates to occupy a work place or job. This job is defined by 6 abilities or qualities, which it would be hoped were held by a candidate at a level considered as ideal. That is to say, we are looking for a person whose qualifications Ci ∊ [0, 1] are close to the possible maximum of a certain profile.
