Abstract

The magnetism diagrams collected in Part II of this volume have been obtained by application of the computer programs described in Chapter 6, the algebraic basis being the tensor operator method which was briefly reviewed in Chapters 3–5. The diagrams show the average and the principal magnetic moment, μeff, in Bohr magnetons, BM, on the ordinate, as a function of the temperature, T, in K (on the abscissa).
