Abstract
“Quality Assurance in Processing Refractories” is a large subject for the time allotted to me this morning. My remarks will address primarily where the refractories industry is today with respect to quality assurance with slight glimpses from the past and into the future. My remarks are based on my own personal experience, all of which has been with Harbison-Walker Refractories.
