Study of the 45Sc(\(\overrightarrow n\),γ) Reaction

Abstract

Measurement of the circular polarization of primary transitions in the 45Sc(\(\overrightarrow n\),γ) reaction yields many spin confirmations, assignments or restrictions and further shows, that a small Jc = 4 component is present at thermal energies.
