Abstract

In general anesthesia, potent drugs are often used concomitantly. The simultaneous application of two or more drugs may lead to unexpected effects, which can be ascribed to interactions (i.e., in vivo interferences) or to incompatibilities which occur in vitro when drugs are mixed together, the latter being a pharmaceutical problem.
