Time-of-Flight and Electron Beam Fluorescence Diagnostics: Optimal Experimental Designs

  • Chapter
Book cover Rarefied Gas Dynamics

Abstract

A computational study has been conducted to define the optimum of measurements for the time-of-flight and electron beam fluorescence experiments in rarefied gas stream. Tichonov’s regularization and Fisher’s matrix techniques are used. New iteration procedure convenient in optimal experimental design is proposed.
