A Decade of Tests of Grand Unified Theories

Abstract

This paper considers from an empirical point of view: (i) the agreement between experiment and the grand unified theory (SU(5)) prediction of sin 2γW; (ii) the results of the most recent searches for baryon number and lepton number non-conservation; (iii) possible lepton structure; and (iv) possible electric charge non-conserving processes.
