Abstract
The Federal Register is a document that is published daily, Monday through Friday, by the Office of the Federal Register, an agency of the General Services Administration. It contains not only Federal regulations but also executive orders (EO) of the President of the United States, proposed rules or regulations being considered in the U.S. Congress, legal and informational notices, and other Federal agency documents of public importance, it also serves notice to all interested parties—civilian, military, and governmental—of items that may affect them in one way or another. In this manner, they may influence Federal legislation in some degree by their comments or appearances before the appropriate bodies. Those notices are usually given with ample time to prepare responses to the particular or specific legislation.
