Abstract
The examination of far infrared optical conductivity and nuclear spin-lattice relaxation experiments performed in the conducting phase of (TMTSF)2X organic superconductors reveals strong deviations at low temperature to the Drude and Korringa behaviours of usual metallic conductors.
These experimental data suggest the existence of divergent one dimensional 2kF correlations in a large temperature domain extending down to about 8K. They have also contributed to the development of a model for organic superconductivity which relies on the possibility of a non-phonon mediated Cooper pairing, boosted by an interchain exchange of spin fluctuations.
