Abstract

In pursuit of a competitive edge, technically-driven organizations continue to strive for ways of increasing the contribution and satisfaction of technical professionals. A recent study sponsored by Technicare Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson company, has provided a much sharper focus on cost effective ways of increasing the utilization and reducing wasteful turnover of technical professionals.
