Abstract

As stated in the introduction, the purpose of this book has been to analyse the demand for food in the Nordic countries. It is therefore natural to ask at the end of the book if we have succeed in performing such an analysis, and if so what results we have obtained.

This chapter, which is the shared responsibility of all the authors, has been written by David Edgerton.
