Abstract
Over the past four years we have made a variety of immunotoxins (ITs) by coupling Pseudomonas exotoxin (PE), to monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs). Here the properties of PE, how it has been used to make (ITs), and the cell-killing activity of PE ITs are discussed and the potency of ITs made using other toxins are compared. Finally, prospects for the future use of this toxin are discussed.
