Abstract

Relativistic nucleon-nucleus optical models based on the Dirac equation provided successful descriptions for elastic proton nucleus scattering data, especially spin observables, at intermediate energies1,2. These elastic scattering studies have so far tested extensively the isoscalar parts of the Lorentz scalar and vector in the pA relativistic optical potentials over a wide range of energies.
