Abstract

The method of investigation of the polytype disorder of cp structures is presented. The curves of intensity of X-ray of (10.ℓ) reflections obtained from the oscillation crystal film are analytically elaborated. The statistical parameters derived by the Farkas method are plotted in special graphs.
