Optical Diffraction of Computer Simulated Patterns of Transitions in Two Dimensional Regular Lattice
Methods of investigations of ordering or decomposition processes in crystalline structures are often based on diffraction of X-rays, electrons or thermal neutrons. Diffraction patterns are difficult to interpret and calculation of structural parameters is rather complicated. Due to the universality of wave diffraction laws the possibility of application of optical diffraction method has already been noticed by W. L. Bragg and M. Wolfke1,2. In the present work the applicability of optical diffraction method for verification of structure models and comparative analysis of patterns obtained by other diffractional methods was studied.
