Abstract
Numerous advances have been made recently in mass spectrometry. Many of these advances are related to instrumentation. Other advances are simply related to varying the conditions under which the mass spectra are obtained. Electron impact mass spectroscopy, EI-MS, is the most widely utilized mass spectrometry employed in the study of polymers and it is the emphasis of this presentation.
