Abstract

If we are going to proceed with our Quality Improvement effort, how will we know if we are making any headway? Clearly, we are making a substantial investment of our organization’s time and effort, so how are we going to know if we are starting to recoup this investment? Quite simply, what does an organization on the road to making Quality happen look like?
