Abstract

Chapter 3 describes rapid learning neuro-computing system operation. The beginning of section 3.1 introduces three system types and outlines how users interact with them. The remainder of the chapter introduces the operational Rapid Learner™ software package and describes it in detail. The use of this software package is emphasized, because it is the only available system for concurrent learning and information processing at this time.
