Abstract
Good morning. I certainly appreciate the opportunity to present to an international forum some of the thoughts I have on the importance of a globally unified approach to the environmental defense of this planet. I believe each country represented here will benefit from our combined efforts to use pollution prevention as the spearhead for achieving our economic goals in a new, environmentally safe and protective manner. Why? Because pollution prevention is the right way to go…because pollution prevention preserves natural and economic resources, and jobs.
