Late followup studies in a selected group of patients with extra- intracranial arterial bypass

In order to establish the long-term effect of the extra- intracranial arterial bypass (EIAB) for cerebral ischemia,(1,2,6) a selected group of 10 patients, from our total series of 120 operated cases, underwent repeated examinations postoperatively, using selective cerebral angiography and measurement of the regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF).(3–5)
