Abstract
It is helpful to look at ways in which some women have made and changed policy, in order that women everywhere become better able to plan their own methods of influencing and revamping policy. The three approaches here described are those used by an administrator in a state department of health, by a consumer special interest group, and by a member of an advisory board. (Other suggestions, organized by Margaret Kohn, comprise the Appendix.)
