Prevention of Ureteral Injuries and Medicolegal Aspects
Prevention of injuries to the ureter is confined almost entirely to surgical situations. Childbirth injuries to the ureter are exceedingly rare, and the prevention of ureteral damage as a consequence of external violence is not included in the topics to be considered here.
