Abstract
Let β be an arbitrary family of p-measures on a measurable space (X,A) and κ : β → IRk a functional. By an estimator for κ for the sample size n we mean a measurable map κn : Xn → IRk. The goal of this chapter is to obtain standards for the evaluation of particular estimators by providing bounds for the concentration of estimators (with certain properties). This program can be carried through with success if the sample size is large.
