β-Phenylethylamine And d-Amphetamine: Differential Potency in the Conditioned Taste Aversion Paradigm

  • Chapter

Abstract

Previous studies have demonstrated that d-amphetamine is an effective stimulus for the induction of conditioned taste aversion (CTA) learning. In this paradigm aversion is defined as reduced intake of a flavoured liquid, the ingestion of which has been followed by the administration of drugs or certain other stimuli.
