Abstract

Effector T cells considered were Tc, either directed toward class I (L3T4 Lyt2+ in mouse, T4 T8+ in man) or class II (L3T4+ Lytl, T4+ T8-) MHC antigens and Th/TDTH for which the majority are directed towards class II MHC antigens with the L3T4+ Lyt2, T4+ T8 phenotype although class I directed Th/T DTH cells exist, with the obverse phenotype.
