New Directions in Calculating Electron-Phonon Interactions

Abstract

A discussion of the role of recent advances for calculating electronphonon coupling constants is given. The focus is on an ab initio self-consistent pseudopotential approach which requires only the atomic number and atomic mass as material parameters.
