Abstract

We may summarize our results as follows: 1) We have developed a rapid and reproducible method for storage of 1D-IEF data, which may be applied to any polymorphic protein system. 2) Significant correlations between 1D-IEF bands (pI values) and serologic typing data have been established. 3) 1D-IEF computer analysis may be used to type the most common HLA class I specificities.
