Pharmacological Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Abstract

The most widely used drug for the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is clomipramine. It may therefore be helpful to review the evidence for efficacy for clomipramine alone and in relation to other antidepressants to be found in double-blind controlled studies.
