Abstract
The purpose of this book is to review and evaluate the research on the psychological effects of aerobic fitness training. It is a book that would have been impossible to write only a few short years ago. Today, however, there is a significant number of highly provocative studies on this question in the literature, with more and more appearing almost daily.
