Abstract
In this chapter we will discuss recursive macros and how recursive macros can be used to implement loops. We will demonstrate macros to manipulate a queue of box registers. We will also briefly touch upon the ideas of environments and style files. Finally we will discuss issues relating to the debugging of TEX code such as, for instance, how to influence the handling of errors in TEX in general and how to generate error messages from within user defined macros.
