Abstract
The most common way to organize data on disk is as a column datafile. Most column datafiles are ASCII text files. In this chapter we discuss how column data is stored on disk and the most common ways of visualizing column datasets. In particular, we show you how to change the dimensionality of column datasets for better analysis and visualization.
