Abstract
The route of breast implant insertion can be divided into local,1,2regional,3 and remote.4,5Local insertion is through incisions in the breast skin, either inframam-mary, periareolar, or through existing suitable breast scars. The regional route of insertion is the axillary approach. The third route of insertion is through an incision remote from the breast, axilla, or chest. A remote breast implant insertion reported previously was through an abdominoplasty incision.4,5
