Stability and Perturbation Methods
The contents of the previous chapters have shown that the dynamic response of the mathematical model can be obtained by an analytic or computational solution of mathematical problems. The solution method should be supported by a suitable existence theorem. Generally, analytic solutions can be obtained only for very special cases, e.g., ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients.
